The house rules:

• No smoking or lighting candles (fire safety regulations) indoors.
• Check-in between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
• Check-out is before 10:00 AM (late check-out may incur extra charges).
• Maximum 4 adults. / Required booking age: 21
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Quiet hours in the park start at 10:00 PM until 6:00 AM
• Pets are not allowed

Important: Once we have received your complete online check-in, you will receive a link to your personal guest guide. This guide includes all details regarding your stay, the access code for the apartment and swimming pool, as well as the house & domain rules and suggestions for nearby activities.
